Levite Microfinance Bank Limited is a Tier-1 Unit Microfinance Bank (MFB) with its business address located at 192 Aba Road, Port-Harcourt, rivers State, Nigeria.
The Bank was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company on September 11, 2009 with RC No: 844441 and was granted license to operate as a Microfinance bank on the June 3, 2010.

The MFB's major competitive challenge was mainly from other MFBs and Deposit Money Banks within its catchment area. Our marketing framework and focus are on a range of over six products with target market-oriented farmers, transport operators, artisans, solid mineral operators, upcoming entrepreneurs and salary earners etc.
The Bank adopts an enterprise-wide risk management framework and critical periodic appraisals to analyze its strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. This is reinforced by appropriate corporate governance approach that has produced a harmonious blend for assured sustainability and profitability of the business.

As at the period ended December 31, 2023, the Directors owned directly and indirectly 100% of the bank's Share Capital amounting to N235.2 million Ordinary Shares at N1.00 each. The table below shows Shareholders, number of shares held and percentage shareholding as at December 2023.
